I learned from breath master and world-record holder Wim Hof, founder of SOMA breath Niraj Naik and Breath Trainer Michaël Bijker. As a 300 hr certified yoga teacher and author I combined those teachings with my experience in storytelling and visualization to allow you to benefit from the power of breath work on a deeper level.
